Sandra brings more than 20 years experience adding value in global organizations as coach, sales and human resource leader. Passionate about people’s ability to start over in new or familiar territory Sandra dedicates her coaching practice to generating strategic leadership from the inside out.
Coaching leaders in learning how self-awareness, competencies and presence build their leadership capability is an expertise of Sandra’s. An experienced facilitator in leadership development programs she has strengthened talent pipeline and succession through formal initiatives like P&G’s Creating Future Leaders for high potential managers and Pharma-University for seasoned leaders.
Recognized for her ability to swiftly generate trust and collaborative relationships, she has also led organization transformations, business strategy deployments and team effectiveness initiatives. Sandra’s organization capability contributions range from pioneering retention and advancement initiatives of multicultural managers at P&G to supporting Wal Mart Inc. executives in starting up their in-store Hispanic marketing capability. Most recently she supported team effectiveness for the worldwide studios of a leading industrial and innovation design firm.
Skilled in implementing integration of talent, leadership and culture in Merger & Acquisition environments she has also optimized deal value in Fortune 50 companies. Sandra has worked on the people part of deals with companies such as P&G, Sara Lee, Grupo Ferrer and Warner Chilcott. Her strong listening skills and ability to understand the needs of her stakeholders result in increased commitment making Sandra a strategic business partner of leaders managing change.
Committed to life long learning Sandra lectures at ESERP and Turismo St. Ignasi-Universitat Ramon Llul in Barcelona master’s programs in Strategic HR Partnership, Communication and Career Development. In addition to classroom learning she is also president of the Asociación Española de Profesionales del Coaching Ontológico (AEPCO) and co-founder of the Spain chapter of Society for Intercultural Training Education Research (SIETAR).
Sandra obtained her Masters Degree in Intercultural Education and Immigration from the University of Barcelona (Spain, 2004) and a Bachelors of Arts from Rutgers University in Communication and Spanish (USA, 1993). She certified as a Coach with The Newfield Network (USA/Chile, 2000).
Originally from the New York area Sandra is currently based out of Barcelona where she thrives on integrating a Mediterranean life with her New York upbringing. Bilingual in English and Spanish she enjoys drawing on her multicultural heritage and international living experience to support Global Professionals navigate their transitions both organizationally and individually.
